Our Commitment

ReTHINK CNERGY is committed to ensuring that SiteOptimization.ai is accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. We are working to make our website conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA — the legal benchmark for ADA compliance in digital environments.

We believe in substance over hype. That applies equally to accessibility: this is not a checkbox — it is an ongoing commitment to every person who visits our site.

Conformance Status

We aim to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities. Conformance with these guidelines helps make the web more user-friendly for everyone.

Measures Taken

To support accessibility, SiteOptimization.ai has implemented the following measures across all pages:

• Semantic HTML structure with proper landmark regions (<header>, <main>, <footer>, <nav>)
• Skip-to-main-content link as the first focusable element on every page
• Keyboard-accessible navigation with visible focus indicators on all interactive elements
• ARIA attributes (aria-expanded, aria-controls, aria-label, aria-live) on dynamic components
• Sufficient color contrast ratios targeting a minimum of 4.5:1 for normal text
• Descriptive alternative text for all meaningful images
• Properly associated <label> elements for all form inputs with aria-required on required fields
• Error messages using role="alert" for immediate screen reader announcement
• Focus trap and keyboard-dismissible behavior for all modal dialogs
• prefers-reduced-motion media query to respect user motion preferences
• External links annotated with "(opens in new tab)" via aria-label
• lang="en" attribute on the HTML element of every page

Known Limitations

We are aware of the following areas that are not yet fully compliant and are actively working to address them:

• Dynamically generated audit results — The GEO Audit Engine generates complex chart and module grid content dynamically. We are working to add full ARIA live region support and accessible chart alternatives (data tables) for screen reader users. Target: Q3 2026.
• PDF reports — Downloadable PDF reports are not yet fully tagged for screen reader accessibility. We are evaluating accessible PDF generation options. Target: Q4 2026.
• Third-party payment widget — Our Square payment integration is a third-party component. We encourage Square to maintain WCAG 2.1 AA conformance and will evaluate alternative providers if accessibility issues persist.

Formal Complaints

If you are not satisfied with our response to your accessibility feedback, you may contact the relevant enforcement authority in your region. In the United States, digital accessibility complaints may be directed to the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
